Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada have a requirement for the supply, 
delivery, installation and training on one (1) Near Infrared 
Spectrophotometer (NIRS).  The NIRS will replace a FOSS model 6500 NIRS 
used in programs in Crop Research at the Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada 
Research Centre at Lacombe for the purpose of predicting constituent 
data for grains, oilseeds and forage crops.  

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free 
Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Delivery Date: On or before March 24, 2016

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any 
procurement.
