Commercial Laundry Machines, Edmonton, Alberta.

Correctional Services Canada (CSC) has a requirement to purchase
one commercial washer/extractor and one set of two stacking
commercial laundry dryers for the Edmonton Institution.

The supplier must remove the old equipment and install new
equipment.  Removal of old equipment includes the removal of all
equipment that is being replaced and the disconnection of all
utilities and hard-mounted washer.

All electrical, plumbing and automatic detergent/rinse agents
must be setup by the contractor upon delivery and installation
and ready for operation.  Setup includes the connection of all
utilities to the equipment, including drains to and from the
source.

Company representative(s) completing the installation and
demonstration of unit must obtain a Canadian Police Information
Centre (CPIC) security clearance prior to the commencement of
work. Security clearance forms will be provided by CSC.

The contractor must provide all tools and related test equipment
to complete the project. Contract staff will be escorted by a
commissionaire or a CSC staff member at all times.

Entry to the Institution will be only allowed to those who have
been successfully cleared for such access and a list of all
tools and equipment to be utilized will be provided to the
officer in charge of the principal entrance.

Delivery, setup/installation and training must be completed no
later than 31 March 2015.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
