There is a requiremen to provide a Bus service complete with
driver and supervision necessary to provide transportation for
cadets and staff at the Department of National Defence, Rocky
Mountain National Army Cadet Summer Training Camp (RMNACSTC),
Ghost River Ranger Station, approximately 50 km northwest of
Cochrane, AB. Services to be provided on an as required basis
for a one year period with two, one year options.

During the first year period of the Standing Offer, the work
will be required to be done from 6 Jul 2013 to 18 Aug 2013.

Bus and driver will be required to stay on the Training Centre
between scheduled runs to be able to respond to the Emergency
Response Plan when and if necessary.

Offerors must submit a  list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.



Technical Evaluation

The offeror must be able to meet the Requirement identified in
Annex A.  The offeror is to identify in their offer along with
supporting documentation the following:

The vehicle must be able to transport a minimum of 44 personnel.
 The vehicle must meet the provision of the Canada Motor Vehicle
Safety Act and the regulations there under, which were in effect
on the date of manufacture of hte vehicle.



Basis of Selection

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer
with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance
of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
