The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to delivery, supply and maintain various landscaping sites throughout Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta. 

Up to one (1) Standing Offer (SO) will be issued against this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
