The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, necessary for tailoring services and for the identification of tailoring items for the Department of National Defence (DND), 4 Wing, Cold Lake, Alberta on an "as and requested" basis in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein for the period of the Standing Offer (SO). One SO will be issued against this requirement for a duration of 3 years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
