This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6853-181004/A dated 2018/09/06 with a closing of 2018/10/16 at 14:00 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for all labour, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the provision of waste removal services at DND Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):
- Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
