W0134-16R002 - Safety Training Courses

To provide personnel at 4 Wing Cold Lake with safety training
courses to meet training requirements specified in the Canada
Labour Code, Treasury Board Occupational Health and Safety -
Policies, and the Department of National Defence (DND) General
Safety Policy and Standards. Training will take place at 4 Wing
Cold Lake in building 84 or other training facilities as
designated by the Wing General Safety Office. Training must be
delivered in person. Work under this contract is to be on an "as
and when requested" basis.

The period of the contract is from the date of issuance for
three (3) years. The contract may be extended with one (1)
option year.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade
Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), and
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003, bidders must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.

information on the Integrity Provisions.
