To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform complete Locksmith Services at various locations on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton,
Alberta on an “as and when” requested basis. The period of the Standing Offer is three (3) years from date of issuance of the Standing Offer Agreement with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Standing Offer Agreement for a period of two (2) additional consecutive 12 month periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
