The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a Manitoba Land Surveying firm experienced in Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) surveys in northern Manitoba. 

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 2019-12-15 inclusive.
