STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT:The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a purchase of a Portable Handheld Asbestos Analyzer. This equipment is necessary to identify asbestos during renovation, construction and demolition of buildings throughout Saskatchewan.  This new machine is expected to reduce the amount of waiting time to have samples sent in to accredited laboratories to be analyzed. 
The work consists of supply, delivery and web-based training of the device for up to ten employees in the RPOPS section.
Device must be delivered and personnel trained before March 31, 2021.
