INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF 
ARTIFICIAL ICE SYSTEMS, Edmonton, Alberta

Work under this Standing Offer covers the supply of all labour, equipment, material and supervision as required to carry out daily checks, quarterly and annual inspections, Semi-annual calibration of ammonia detection systems and annual start up and shutdown. Repairs and replacements of all refrigeration equipment, piping and related controls pertaining to artificial ice systems, located at the Edmonton Garrison Twin Rinks, Bldg 224,(Rinks A & B) Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, Alberta. 

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from date of issuance for two (2) years, with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year period.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
