TITLE Propane: Trinity Hangar - Yellowknife, NT 2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is no security requirement applicable to this requirement. 3. REQUIREMENT The Department of National Defence requires the supply, transportation, delivery and offloading of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG or propane) as per National Standards of Canada Specification CAN/CGSB-3.14-2013 into a Contractor-owned tank for the Trinity Hangar building located at 115 Archibald St, Yellowknife NT. 4. ESTIMATED CONTRACT PERIOD The estimated period of the Contract is four (4) years from start date with up to two (2) additional irrevocable one (1) year option period(s) under the same conditions. 5. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
