    This requirement is to establish multiple Supply Arrangements to
    provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supervision
    necessary to conduct land surveying and geomatics and mapping
    services in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
    as required by Public Works and Governments Services Canada
    (PWGSC).
    
    Suppliers must be licensed and permitted to practice land
    surveying and mapping services within one or more provinces
    covered by this Supply Arrangement (Alberta, Saskatchewan,
    Manitoba).
    
    The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangements
    is from date of Supply Arrangement Award to December 31, 2017.
    
    Suppliers must provide a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2008.
    
    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
    on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    For services requirements, Suppliers in receipt of a pension or
    a lump sum payment must provide the required information as
    detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Supply
    Arrangements (RFSA).
    
    The requirement covered by the bid solicitation of any resulting
    supply arrangement may be subject to a preference for Canadian
    goods and/or services or may be limited to Canadian goods and/or
    services.
    
    Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the request
    for supply arrangements process. Suppliers should make the
    request to the Supply Arrangement Authority within 15 working
    days of receipt of the results of the request for supply
    arrangements process. The debriefing may be in writing, by
    telephone or in person.
