For the supply, delivery and installation of four (4) new and
unused Electronic Cash Dispensing Machines to the Department of
National Defence (DND) as per the mandatory technical
specifications identified in the Request for Proposal and
delivery locations specified below.

The Contractor is responsible for delivery, on-site installation
and set-up of one (1) electronic cash dispensing machine to each
of the following DND locations:

1)	CFB Edmonton
	Edmonton, Alberta

2)	CFB Wainwright
	Garrison Wainwright
	Denwood, Alberta

3)	CFB Suffield
	Ralston, Alberta

4)	CFB / ASU Shilo
	Shilo, Manitoba

Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2015.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
