The National Research Council of Canada has a requirement for one (1) new FTIR microscope system to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. On-site installation and training are also required. The FTIR microscope will be used for supporting internal research projects and servicing external clients

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
