A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide bagged laundry services.  The Department of National Defence (DND), 3 CDSG Garrison Wainwright, Denwood AB, will require the services during Canadian Maneuver Training Center (CMTC), and other DND Exercises, as required for the period of the Standing Offer.

The estimated period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from the start date.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
