A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous groceries, as required by the Department of National Defence, CFB Shilo, Flatlands Dining Hall, Shilo, Manitoba.  The Standing Offer (s) will be in effect for a one year period.

Up to 3 Standing Offers could be issued.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender.

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Edmonton will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 11 am (local time). 

Due to limited staff available, bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available should the solicitation allow.

Please monitor Buyandsell.gc.ca closely as changes to bid closing dates may be necessary.
