REQUIREMENT:

For the supply of barrelled fuel for the Department of National
Defence,  Joint Task Force North (JTFN), Yellowknife, NT for Op
NANOOK 2014.  To be delivered 4 x barrels per forklift pallet,
strapped as per Appendix A.

20 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of GASOLINE 
8 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of DIESEL (ARCTIC GRADE)
200 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of Aviation Turbine Fuel,
grade Jet A-1 (with Fuel System Icing Inhibitor). 

Bids transmitted by facsimile to PWGSC will be accepted.

DELIVERY DATE: 

Delivery is mandatory to be no later than 31 July 2014.

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT (CLCA):  

This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement
(NLCA). 

TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
