Plastic Sheeting, Edmonton and Denwood, Alberta.

A three (3) year Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) as
required for the supply, delivery and offloading of various
sizes of plastic sheeting to the Department of National Defence
(DND) Edmonton Garrison, located in Edmonton, Alberta and DND
Wainwright located in Denwood, Alberta.  

This sheeting is used by DND for the purpose of covering maps,
charts and diagrams in order to waterproof the documents.  All
sheeting must be flexible, clear, non-yellowing, waterproof,
have a washable surface, have a working surface for felt markers
and be tear resistant.

Any items offered must be supplied in the specified sizes to fit
current machines and products already in use and to keep all
maps, charts and diagrams to a standard size for all DND units
within the geographical area of coverage of this Standing Offer.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
