General Contractor Services - Edmonton, Alberta.

General Contractor Services Standing Offer, Correctional
Services Canada, Various Institutions, Edmonton, Alberta.

Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by Correctional Services Canada (CSC) in the form of
call-ups for construction, alterations and urgent repair work at
various CSC institutions located in Edmonton, Alberta. Services
are to be provided on an "as required" basis. It is anticipated
that only one firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing
offer will be issued for a term of two years.

Institutions where the work may be required:
1)	Edmonton Maximum Security Institution;
2)	Edmonton Institution for Women; and,
3)	Grierson/Stand Daniels Centre.

The period of the standing offer will be from date of standing
offer award until October 31, 2015.

The total expenditures over the period are estimated at
$600,000.00 (GST/HST included).

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. See Part 4 and
5 of the Request for Standing Offers for details.

There are Health & Safety requirements associated with this
requirement. See Annex C, Health & Safety Requirements - Alberta
- of the Request for Standing Offers.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation. 

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request
for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to
the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of the results of the request for standing offers process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
