REQUIREMENT:


The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB/ ASU Edmonton is
preparing to replace all parking lot and street lights within
the confines of Garrison Edmonton.  Department of National
Defence will be requesting that the manufactures provide us with
their Light-emitting diode (LED) equivalent for the 100W, 150W,
250W High Pressure Sodium (HPS) and 400W MIH (Cobra head) and
High-intensity discharge (HID) light sources.

Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on :

Failure to attend will result in the bid being declared
non-responsive. 


Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2010A
Section 29 (2012-07-11), Bidders must submit the following as
part of their bid. 

1. a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder; 

2. a properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list
