Requirement:

This requirement is for the provision of all labour, materials,
tools, equipment, transportation and supervision  necessary to
clean storm and sewer lines with a high-pressure self-travelling
nozzle and/or a steam unit to clear ice blockages, as required
during the period from 01 January, 2013 to 31 December 2014 for
the Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,

may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form
