The Department of National Defence (DND) 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to inspect and report on all pressure vessels, steel structures, piping, and headers on an as required basis as as outlined in Annex A.

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of two (2) years from 
date of offer issuance.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
