Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at Lacombe, AB has a requirement for a supply, delivery, installation, and training on 1 (one) Transition Electron Microscope (TEM) as described in Annex A of the solictation document. Mandatory delivery and installation on or before March 31, 2020. Desired completion of all training on or before March 31, 2020 with a mandatory completion by June 30, 2020.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
