A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the rental of school buses without operators on an "as required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), Garrison Wainwright, Denwood, Alberta.

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
 
The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
