SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES, COLD LAKE, ALBERTA

The contractor is responsible for the clearing and/or hauling
and disposing of snow and ice from all parking and access areas
located outside the General Restricted Area (ORA) at 4 Wing
Canadian Forces Base, Cold Lake, Alberta. This does not include
Military Quarters or roadways where the City of Cold Lake is
responsible for snow removal.

This may often require the work being performed during quiet
hours, 2300-0600 hrs (11:00 pm to 6:00 am), to ensure areas are
accessible before daily work commences. As a result,
notification with respect to this SOW requires a 24 hour on-call
arrangement.

The period of the Contract is from June 01, 2015 to May 31, 2018
inclusive. 

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003, bidders must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional
information on the Integrity Provisions.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required
information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid
solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies
and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
