Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of one (1) set of six (6) portable mobile column lift , as described below, to be delivered to 4 Wing Cold Lake before 31 March 2020. The primary mission of the RCEME workshop at CFB Cold Lake is to provide maintenance support for all of the bases ground logistical vehicles and aircraft ground support equipment. There is a requirement to lift large vehicles off of the ground to a comfortable height to aid in the inspection and repairs of this equipment. The lift will be installed and tested to ensure proper running order upon delivery and set up, to ensure all conditions of limited warranty are met.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
