1.  TITLE:   SAFETY VALVES 

2.  SECURITY:
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

3.  REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defence at 4 Wing Cold Lake has a requirement for safety salves for the Central Heating Plant. 


a.  42NA12-170/00 SAFETY VALVE - 4" 300lb RF INLET, 6" 150lb RF OUTLET, 
4.4454 sq. in - 4.471 sq. in FLOW AREA,  ORFICE Diameter Minimum 2.000 -3.000in, LIFT between 0.588 in to  0.597in, SET PRESSURE RANGE 130 psig, SECTION 1 STEAM SERVICE maximum of 29836lbs/hr., STEAM MEDIA. MUST HAVE CANADIAN REGISTRATION NUMBER (CRN). MUST COME WITH MANUAL LIFTING LEVER AS STANDARD.

4. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  
Mandatory evaluation criteria are included in Annex "B" of the solicitation. 

The responsivebid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

5. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 
It is anticipated that any contract will be effective from date of contract to 2015-03-31.
