Nature of Requirements: 

1.  TITLE: 

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AGENT TO UNDERTAKE THE MARKETING AND SALE OF A FEDERAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 510 LAGIMODIERE BLVD., WINNIPEG, MB

2.  SECURITY:

a.  There is no access to sensitive information or assets. Contractor personnel willbe escorted in specific areas of the facility or site, as and where required by RCMP personnel or those authorized by the RCMP to do so on its behalf. 

b.  Contractor personnel must submit to local law enforcement verification by the RCMP, prior to admittance to the facility or site. The RCMP reserves the right to deny access to any facility or site or part thereof to any contractor personnel, at any time. 

3.  REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for a commercial real estate agent to undertake the marketing and sale of a federal property located at at 510 Lagimodiere Blvd. in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

4.  OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative ofthe Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at:

5. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  

Mandatory and point rated technical evaluation criteria are included in Annex "C" of the solicitation. 

Contractor selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 60% forthe technical merit and 40% for the price.  The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. 

6. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 

The initial term of the Contract is 180 days commencingupon the signing of the issuance of the contract. Extensions may be granted as agreed to in writing by the PWGSC Contracting Authority, the PWGSC Project Authority and the Contractor on the same terms and conditions as the Contract.
