This requirement is for the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada Stream: 4. Real Property Project Management Services Stream Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL): Common PS SRCL #9 Supplier Security Clearance: DOS - Reliability Document Safeguarding: Required - Protected B Region/Metropolitan Area: Western Region Estimated Requirement Dollar Value Range: Greater than NAFTA to $2 Million Number of contracts to be awarded: One (1) Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the PWGSC Contracting Authority to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. [BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).] REQUIREMENT: The Real Estate Services (RES) sector at the Real Property Branch (RPB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement, for Real Property Project Management Services, on an as and when requested basis, for assistance in the development documentation and presentation material for Asset Management Plans. • Specific tasks will be identified by Task Authorization issued. Services to be provided on an as and when requested basis include, but are not limited to: • Review project documentation toobtain sufficient background information on potential projects prepared by PWGSC Western Region office. • Obtain clarification from stakeholders, where required, meet with authors and/or stakeholders of potential project for any additional informationrequired. • Provide general advisory services to RES Western Region, pertaining to the development of Asset Management Plans. • Prepare, draft and ensure the Asset Management Plan(s) conforms to the spirit of established related policies, guidelines, templates, and best practices. • Circulate for review of the Asset Management Plan to relevant stakeholders and work with RES Western Region to address revisions as required. • Develop additional material for presentation to management and decisionboards.
