1.  TITLE: REPAIR OF RADIATION DETECTION AND MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS

2.  SECURITY:
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

3.  REQUIREMENT:
In order to fulfil its mandate, the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Radiation and Nuclear Technologies Group (RNTG) must keep the radiation detection and measurement equipment in its possession in proper working order. To this end, repairs are required on various RNTG equipment on a regular basis.

4. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  
The Bidder must demonstrate they meet the mandatory technical criteria in Annex E. 

The Bidder must provide pricing for all items specified in Annex B, Basis of Payment.

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

5. PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 
It is anticipated that any Standing Offer will be effective for a one (1) year period with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
