REQUIREMENT:  

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, Real Property Services, Western Region, Winnipeg, Manitoba,  requires external Project Management support services to be provided by experienced Project Management Support Service Project Manager(s) to assist PWGSC to manage the implementation of various assorted projects serviced from the Winnipeg PWGSC office.

It is anticipated the period of work for the various Project Managers will be from award date to 2025-03-31.

Conditional reserved bidding under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
This is an open competition however, this solicitation may be reserved among Aboriginal Businesses if two conditions are met:

 - bids from two (2) or more Aboriginal Businesses are responsive with the mandatory requirements of this Request for Proposal, and 
 - bids from two (2) or more Aboriginal Businesses are, in the evaluation team’s opinion, not affiliated within the meaning used in the Competition Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34.

Aboriginal Businesses is here defined as an entity which has submitted with its bid a valid Annex D - PSAB Certification.
