NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This requirement is hereby cancelled.  PWGSC intends to re-issue the solicitation (solicitation "E"), to correct inadvertent errors and omissions contained in solicitation 45045-140073/C, to make other changes, in an attempt to respond to certain concerns brought forward during the question and answer process of RFP 45045-140073/C, and to adjust the solicitation to better reflect Canada’s operational requirements.
