    THIS AMENDMENT IS TO UPDATE THE CLOSING DATE OF THE NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) TO NOVEMBER 5TH, 2018, WHICH CORRESPONDS TO BID SUBMISSION PERIOD CLOSE. 
    
     A NEW SUBSEQUENT NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT WILL BE ISSUED WHEN THE REFRESH PERIOD FOR THIS SOURCE LIST WILL BEGIN. 
    
    
    Amendment 009 added item 2.2 on page 5 to clarify the scope of the Source List usage 
    *** Annex 3 has also been replaced by new, simplified, Terms and Conditions in the form of the resulting contract.
    
     
    SUPPLIER INFORMATION SESSION
    
    A Supplier Information Session will be held via Webex for all Suppliers interested in this ITQ on Friday October 19th from 9:30 to 10:30 am.  The session is intended to explain the ITQ process and answer any related questions.   
    
    Non-participation in this session will not preclude a Supplier from bidding on this ITQ.
    
    All questions and answers provided during this Supplier Information Session process will be published on Buy and Sell via solicitation amendment.

    INVITATION TO QUALIFY (ITQ) 
    
    The purpose of this procurement vehicle is to establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers (hereinafter referred Source List) who meet all of the mandatory criteria (see section 2.3) to provide Canada with responsible and effective AI services, solutions and products. Subsequently, solicitation opportunities will be competed amongst the pre-qualified suppliers on the Source List for AI covering a variety of desired outcomes and needs.  
    
    Suppliers meeting all the mandatory requirements will be eligible for inclusion on the Source List.
    
    This Invitation to Qualify is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).  For subsequent solicitations, the decisions on applicability of Trade Agreements will be made on case-by-case basis based on appropriate criteria.
