Nature of Requirements: 

This RFRE is the first phase of a procurement process for a Strategic Policing Analytics Software Solution (the "Solution"). Suppliers are invited to pre-qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFRE in order to become a "Qualified Respondent" for the later
phases of the procurement process. Only Qualified Respondents will be permitted to bid on any subsequent solicitation issued as part of this procurement process.

Overview of Solution: a Strategic Policing Analytics Software Solution as well as professional services related to analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, integration, testing, rollout and 
ongoing support and maintenance. It is contemplated that the deliverables will include an initial amount of Users licenses, and options to acquire additional User Licenses, a one-year Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services and Software Documentation. Training
and professional services will be also required to install the Solution within
 Canada’s designated
technical environments.
