PSPC is seeking industry feedback regarding a Hosted Enterprise Service Management Solution (HESMS). The key objective of this Letter of Interest is to solicit feedback from the industry on the current requirement and obtain insight into the technical functionality of the service management solutions currently available. The information will assist in preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) and help to refine PSPCs HESMS requirements and determine the target functionality.

This is not a bid solicitation. This L.O.I. will not result in the award of any contract. As a result, potential suppliers of any goods or services described in this L.O.I. should not reserve stock or facilities, nor allocate resources, as a result of any information contained in this L.O.I. Nor will this L.O.I. result in the creation of any source list. Therefore, whether or not any potential supplier responds to this L.O.I. will not preclude that supplier from participating in any future procurement. Also, the procurement of any of the goods and services described in this L.O.I. will not necessarily follow this L.O.I. This L.O.I is simply intended to solicit feedback from industry with respect to the matters described in this L.O.I.
Respondents are requested to provide their comments, concerns and, where applicable, alternative recommendations regarding how the requirements or objectives described in this L.O.I could be satisfied. Respondents are also invited to provide comments regarding the content, format and/or organization of any material presented in this L.O.I. Respondents should explain any assumptions they make in their responses.

Respondents should mark any portions of their response that they consider proprietary or confidential. Canada will handle the responses in accordance with the Access to Information Act.

Respondents are asked to identify if their response, or any part of their response, is subject to the Controlled Goods Regulations.

Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred by participating in this L.O.I.
