As part of the Government of Canada's (GC) consultation process
with Industry on the adoption of cloud computing solutions, a
Request for Information (RFI) was published under EN578-151297/B
on December 3, 2014. The RFI closed on January 30, 2015 with 67
responses received. A team comprised of members from each of the
GC consultation pillars (business, policy, procurement and
security), as well as representatives from Provincial,
Territorial and municipal partners reviewed the responses.
Respondents were given the opportunity to indicate in their
response to the RFI whether they were interested in
participating in individual one-on-one meetings following the
close of the RFI. 
 
On April 13, 2015, the GC communicated to all respondents who
had indicated an interest in participating in individual
one-on-one meetings. The one-on-one meetings will begin on April
28, 2015 and will continue throughout the month of May 2015. 
 
The individual meetings will be divided into two parts. In the
first part (25 minutes), respondents will lead introductions,
provide a brief overview and present any relevant material. This
part will be followed by a period of questions from
representatives of the GC and participating Provincial,
Territorial and municipal partners (35 minutes).
