REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - HOSTING SERVICES FOR GCSURPLUS APPLICATION

Description of the requirement

Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for hosting services of the GCSurplus application. The hosting service must meet all the requirement as stated in Annex A Statement of Works and as described in the Contract. 

The Contractor must provide a fully managed Web Hosting environment with a minimum of (4) Dedicated Servers, inclusive of all set-up, data transfer, migration, integration, configuration, hardware, and associated infrastructure and maintenance and support services.

Term of the Contract
It is intended to result in the award of a Contract for 3 years, plus 3 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract. 

Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
