The Flight Operations Data Management System (FODMS) solution is required to work, be commercially available and be responsive to the requirements of this Statement of Requirements (SOR), the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the resulting contract at the time of tendering. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
