On June 29, 2012 the Shared Services Canada Act came into force. Subsequent to this, Public Works and Government Services Canada and Shared Services Canada (SSC) have agreed that SSC will now be responsible for the management of the CNS Supply Arrangements. Please refer to the Shared Service Canada notice for Solicitation No.EN994-025224/F on Government Electronic Tendering Service. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
