December 23, 2014  with a bid closing date of  February 5, 2015
at 2:00PM; this document replaces the previous version entirely.
High Speed Streaming Data Recorder
Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of National Defence Canada for High Speed Streaming Data
Recorder that will be used for real time recording and playback
of wideband Intermediate Frequency (IF) signals.  The High Speed
Streaming Data Recorder (HSSDR) will form part of a system for
the recording of wideband satellite signals for the purpose of
investigation into the application of multistatic surveillance.  
Security requirements apply to this bid solicitation.
It is intended to result in the award of a contract for one High
Speed Streaming Data Recorder including 1 year warranty.
Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provision of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade
Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force, and the Agreement on
International Trade (AIT).
