This requirement is for: The Department of Foreign Affairs and
International Trade

This requirement is open only to Task Based Informatics
Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement Tier 1 Holders
who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional
Services.  

This requirement is open only to those invited Tier 1 Qualified
TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D.  All terms and conditions of the SA apply &
shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of requirement	

The Trade Controls and Technical Barriers Bureau of the
Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT)
requires Informatics professional services of the following
categories, on an "as and when requested" basis, in the National
Capital Region (NCR), to develop and confirgure a replacement
COTS application to ensure the renewal of two mission critical
IT systems, implement a system which will be cost effective and
flexible to support future business needs of the Bureau, and
streamline business processes within the Bureau.

Proposed period of contract

The proposed period of contract shall be one year from contract
