This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)

Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in all resource categories and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

Description of the requirement:

(a) The Contractor must provide a team of professional services based on six (6) resources to assist the Project Authority with the delivery of a portfolio transformation, development of a digital strategy, Lean project charter, project work plan, organizational design, change management strategy, communications (including communications strategy), organizing and conducting lean workshops and action plans, documenting processes and other project related artefacts. The professional services team will assist GCPS in the planning, implementation, transition and close-out project phases of the Portfolio Transformation initiative using Lean IT, Agile methodology and digital strategies.
(b) PWGSC requires Informatics Professional Services of the following categories of personnel in support of IT client Services organization: 

Project Executive LEVEL 3 
Project Manager LEVEL 3 
Business Transformation Architect LEVEL 3
Business Analyst LEVEL 3
Change Management Consultant LEVEL 3
Project Coordinator LEVEL 3

The Contractor will provide the services on an  as and when requested basis. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
