    Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for a Unified Energy, Emissions, and Economy Modeling Solution, herein known as the E3NA Solution. The E3NA Solution must work, be complete and be responsive to the requirements of the statement of work of this solicitation and has also the following items:

    1 Licenses for 10 users of commercial off-the-shelf Canadian Provincial and Territorial Macroeconomic Model.
    2 Licenses for 10 users of commercial off-the-shelf US Macroeconomic Model.
    3 Modified Canadian Provincial and Territorial Macroeconomic Model.
    4 ENERGY2020 (Canada) Modifications and Enhancement.  
    5 ENERGY2020 (Canada) and Canadian macroeconomic model Interface Module. 
    6 Modified US Regional or State Macroeconomic Model. 
    7 ENERGY2020 (US) and US macroeconomic model Interface Module.
    8 Linking of the Canadian and US integrated model tocreate a simultaneous integrated energy, emissions and economy model of North America. 
    9 Documentation of E3MC, E3US, E3NA.
    10 Maintenance, support and training.
