    Holders who qualified under Tier "1" (=$1M-$2M) stream for
    Applications Services and who qualified under the following
    category.

    Description of the requirement:
    This requirement is for the provision of three Programmer /
    Analyst, level 3, to develop and maintain their in-house
    systems, which will allow the Bureau to equip its employees with
    advanced language technology tools.
    
    A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    The contract period will be for 1 year from the date of contract
    with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up
    to 1 additional 1 year period.
