    Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement
    
    This requirement is for:  The Treasury Board of Canada (TBC).
    
    TBC has a requirement for resources in the following Categories
    of Personnel and levels:
    
    1.   Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant - Level 2
    2.	Business Analyst - Level 3
    3.   Technical Writer - Level 2
    4.   Project Executive - Level 3
    5.   Project Co-ordinator - Level 3
    6.   Project Manager - Level 2
    7.   Project Manager - Level 3
    
    This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
    2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
    (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement in the National Capital Region (NCR).
    The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA)
    PWGSC file number EN578-055605/D.  All terms and conditions of
    the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.
    
    Description of the requirement:
    
    The Treasury Board of Canada, IM/IT Project Delivery Office
    (PDO) Office, requires additional staff to handle the forecasted
    number of projects in IMTD.  These resources will supplement
    existing resources to ensure that new and existing IM/IT
    projects adhere to the established project delivery processes
    that have been developed to provide for the efficient and
    effective delivery of IM/IT products or services to TBS clients.
    
    An IM/IT related project is a project is a project that has an
    IT component that is critical to achieving the intended business
    outcomes.  The following are examples of IM/IT related projects:
    
    Projects to implement or modernize program delivery to the
    public;
    Projects to implement internal administrative systems and
    processes, such as for finance or human resources management; and
    Projects to implement databases and systems used for a variety
    of purposes, ranging from policy development to financial
    reporting.
    
    It is anticipated that a maximum of one contract will be awarded
    for this requirement.
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    
    The proposed period of the contract will be for 3 years with
    Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract for
    up to 2 additional 1-year periods.
