TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services
Canada (PWGSC)

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders, TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605/E, who qualified
under Tier "1" (Requirements up to and including $2M) stream for 
Business Services Class, under the categories for:

1. 	Business Consultant 			- 	Level 3
2.	Business Transformation Architect	-	Level 3
3.	Business Analyst 			- 	Level 3
4.	Business Analyst			-	Level 1

Description of requirement	

The Real Property Branch (RPB) of PWGSC has a requirement for
the provisions of professional services, on an "as and when
requested" basis, to:

A)	Assist the Real Property Business and Systems Transformation
Project in the Implementation/Deployment of the NOVUS ERP
Solution (SAP for Real Estate);

B)	Support the In Service Organization (Operations) - SAP Center
of Expertise; and
 
C)	Support other RPB modernization initiatives and their
inter-linkages to the NOVUS Solution.

Below are the Categories of Personnel that may be required on an
as and when requested basis:

Proposed period of contract

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.  The
Contract will be for one year plus one (1) one-year irrevocable
option, allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

NOTE: Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS)
Method of Supply is refreshed on an annual basis.  If you wish

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting
Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid
closing date.  Enquiries received after that time may not be
answered.

procurement.
