This Notice of Proposed Procurement Amendment no. 001 is raised
to extend the bid solicitation closing date from November 2nd,
2015 at 2:00pm EST to November 12th, 2015 at 2:00pm EST.

This requirement is for: Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat
(TBS)

Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2,
in all Resource Categories of a Workstream and in the National
Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are eligible
to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-055605 is incorporated by
reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though
expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and
conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

Description of the requirement:

The Contractor must provide functional and technical personnel
in support of the Financial Management Transformation Program on
an "as and when requested" basis as initiated through Task
Authorizations. Task Authorizations may be issued for any of the
following TBIPS resource categories in either stream to work in
support of the SAP environment.

The Contractor will provide the services on an "as and when
requested" basis. All requirements will be authorized through
Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories of a
Workstream.

Number and proposed period of contract(s):

It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts
in each of two (2) Workstreams, with each contract purchasing
Work from only one Workstream. Each contract will be for three
(3) years plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing
Canada to extend the term of the contract.
