The Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI) applies to this requirement. Below is a list of provinces that have shown interest in making call-ups against the Standing Offer: • The Government of the Province of Nova Scotia including: o Includes the Province of Nova Scotia’s MASH sector organizations • The Government of the Province of Saskatchewan • The Government of the Province of Alberta including: o Includes the Province of Alberta’s MASH sector organizations • The Government of the Northwest Territories o Includes the Northwest Territories’ MASH sector organizations • The Government of the Province of British Columbia • The Government of Yukon o Includes the Yukon Territory’s MASH sector organizations • The Government of the Province of Ontario including: o City of Toronto o Carleton University o Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) o Town of The Blue Mountains o Town of Collingwood o Township of Georgian Bay o York University • The Government of the Province of Manitoba including: o Town of Altona o City of Brandon o Rural Municipality of Brokenhead o Rural Municipality of Cornwallis o Municipality of Hamiota o Rural Municipality of Lakeshore o City of Morden o Rural Municipality of Mountain o Municipality of Riverdale o Rural Municipality of Rockwood o Rural Municipality of Rosser o Rural Municipality of Springfield o Town of Teulon o Town of Ste Anne o Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach o City of Winkler o City of Winnipeg o School Division of Borderland o School Division of Frontier o School Division of Hanover o School Division of Lakeshore o School Division of Louis Riel o School Division of Pembina Trails o School Division of River East Transcona o School Division of Seven Oaks o School Division of St James-Assiniboia o School Division of Sunrise o School Division of Winnipeg o CancerCare o Shared Health o Manitoba Hydro o Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries o Red River College o University of Winnipeg There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation. The requirement is not subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Procedural requirements of the other international trade agreements such as Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) will be fulfilled following compliance to the procedural requirements of the WTO-AGP. The period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from the date of Standing Offer Award to two (2) years beyond that date, inclusive. The ISO container may be delivered to various locations across Canada. The Offeror must submit firm prices that will apply for the entire period of the Standing Offer including any option periods. All prices must be in Canadian dollars, customs duties and excise taxes included, applicable taxes and delivery included. Offerors must use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. This service allows offerors to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. To use CPC Connect to submit your bid, or to get more information on its use, please send an email to the Bid Receiving Unit's generic address at tpsgc.dgareceptiondessoumissions-abbidreceiving.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Offers will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) Offers will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Standing Offer Authority at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
