Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting landscape architectural firms to submit proposals for Standing Offers. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Standing Offer Brief section of this document for projects within the National Capital Area (NCA).

This Standing Offer EP168-161245 may replace the current Standing Offer EJ116-131316 for Landscape Architectural services.  
Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practise in the province of Quebec and Ontario. 

If a Proponent is licensed to practise in only one of the two provinces, then that Proponent must be eligible and willing to be licensed in the province in which they are not licensed.

It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to five (5) Standing Offers, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offers and two (2) additional one (1) year periods. 

The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $15,000,000.00 (taxes included).

Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00 (taxes included). 

Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amountof the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
